5 Reasons Why Content Marketing is Blown Away
Content marketing is a term that is referred to in a wide variety of different publications. Content marketing is defined as the ‘creation of content which makes goods and services seem more valuable to the human condition’, which normally takes the form of writing blogs, articles, and news articles and distributing it through various mediums such as Facebook and Twitter. Content marketing has risen in popularity as the use of social media has spread beyond universities to young adults. Over the past five years content marketing has grown from being an idea that is considered good for students to actually being deemed as a skill to be promoted on university campuses across the globe.
In general, Content Marketing accounts for approximately 10-20 per cent of brand’s social media presence and is viewed as a valuable tool for marketing campaigns. According to stats from CSIR, Content marketing, on average, generates over 55 per cent increase in website traffic. This factor is great for any organization as well as it would be great if both genders had a better understanding of this emerging marketing tool, which can be used to implement content marketing projects in various areas such as real estate and advertising.
Content marketing is gaining serious traction in the marketing industry worldwide and can be an effective tool for advertising or even building a brand or website and overall content marketing has been proven to improve users experience as well as the overall impression of a brand.
Content marketing, as mentioned previously, has been rising in popularity as consumers have become connected on a large scale over the past few years and have realized that the internet is here to stay and that they can get anything they want, whenever they want it.
As consumers, we all have knowledge in our heads that are given to us from various sources such as YouTube, social media, and internet forums, but the huge number of brands are also incorporating content marketing as a method to build brand and cause brands and create virtual relationships with consumers. Content marketing has been proven to improve customer satisfaction, create more advertising awareness and, consequently, leads to higher conversion rates for the product and brand.
