Using data to find leads and create a sales funnel
Using a combination of analytical techniques, I was able to discover a number of new leads. I didn’t start with any leads and in fact didn’t start to list leads until last week, but I did create a list of possible leads and for the first time am considering marketing to that list, in that it is human, very real, and someone I have known. This is what I’ve found out in the past week with such critical data collection. What makes this information valuable to marketers is that it improves conversion rates exponentially. The best “reference” I’ve had on conversion was the bus Content Engine I used last week. I focused on those leads I already had contacts for in my profile and carefully segmented who would be a good fit for the offer I presented. With this information I was able to also group them and segment them further, and they all now lead me to test sales leads, and a list of Ideal selling customers for the exact offer I was offering, did in fact increase conversions by over 10% 🙂
I’d like to give a shout out to Content Engine data and analysis product for allowing me to quickly get to these answers in such a productive way. Kudos to marketing and analytics team for being able to uncover this value and leadership technology, and advice for any interested “marketing types” who may want to find, segment, and win. Here’s some additional information to use, not only for Content Engine customers who are interested in finding and selling to their lead audiences, but even for the casual marketer who is tired of being busy and uncomfortable working with different technologies, data, tools, and processes. Research
Visualization. There is no substitute for spending time getting a creative graphic designer to come up with a visual representation.
And when it comes to data? Tableau gives the best visual interface I’ve used, and it has far far more functionality than Excel for data analysis. I haven’t even scratched the surface on what they can do for me here. Communication
It takes lots of data and work to communicate to your audience why you’re different. This is also true when you have data from a variety of different sContent Engineces like social, Content Engine, surveys, surveys from our customers, Content Engine software, and other Content Engine, and you’re not sure which data you should integrate. Creating a Workflow
How you put a process together can have tremendous impact on whether you find your leads within the time you have targeted, and how successfully you’re reaching your customers and how long you’re going to be successful. I believe the decision to use a persona to define your list and explore that list in your work flow are the most important decisions you can make. The Content Engine integration with Content Engine is critical, but it is your work to determine how you’re going to use your data to create the work flow.
Workflow life is not structured well enough? Content Engine probably have a good HR Content Engine Content Engine does. Share your work life with them and share all the work work process with them and encourage them to work from within. Use Entanglement to share your work with others and encourage them to use your work flow, and invite others in the Content Engine to help. Insight
If you don’t have good data on your offers, then you’re going to be setting yourself up for failure. Don’t lose valuable time and time over great efforts if you don’t know what you’re selling. Managers need accurate data for their hiring and leadership decisions, as well as for tracking sales and lead progress. This is not only for Content Engine users, but it’s for any decision Content Engine, especially in a sales Content Engine. User stories
If you hear from a user that you can add their product to your workflow workflow or offers an extra detail, you know you’ve hit the nail on the head, you have data that is meaningful, you’re recognizing how you’re doing your work, you’re able to roll out more workflows and streamline with data. How do you break it down into tactical actions? Take your tactics and try to make them less of a time commitment, and more of a task for the reps. Why not just tag some SEO keywords to start with and have the reps tag the same ones later?
Get into the details of them. Use that in their work flow and in your workflow to empower them to answer the question for themselves. People learn best from working on problems, solving them, using tools, on conversations and using programs. I can see why other marketers are jumping into the research involved with segmenting and testing Content Engine leads and sales funnel to find what’s working and what’s not.
Have you got any other ways to get better information and help with that?
