Content Engine was designed for businesses and companies that would benefit from increased Organic Traffic through Content Marketing, which you likely fall under that category. We understand that in certain cases, Content Marketing may not be a norm or standard practice yet. The traditional Content Agency model relies on either an internal or freelance workforce in order to produce Content, which may have varying degrees of quality and delivery times. Content Engine produces Original Content through Machine Learning. The model comprises of several different Natural Language Processing models and Neural Network Layers to produce the output. If you had a Content Demand of 1,000 articles by the end of the month, it's unlikely most traditional agencies can fulfill it on time. Content Engine can scale to meet your demand at any time.
We've tested and are still actively running Content Engine across dozens of our own websites in various niches and topics to test how effective it can perform in the most obscure of subjects, and surprisingly, our websites have seen natural growth. We believe that there's a demand for every industry - it's simply about building the right strategy to capitalize on the demand.
Absolutely - our platform works in conjunction with other services and 3rd parties and aims to augment and enhance what's already being done. Many Agencies and Service Providers actually rely on Content Engine to produce Content for their Clients as well
The Content Engine platform is designed to be simple to use and get started on your own. Just like many popular SaaS products, you can choose a monthly Content plan that works for you which will provide your account with Credits to use towards articles. You can use all your credits towards one topic, or divide them up among many different topics. Trust & Security
Unfortunately, because are not able to read minds, we need some information about what your goals and ideas are in order to produce the highest quality content that meets your expectations. That information is processed by Content Engine to then generate your content. Our Content Generation and Editorial Process are isolated to ensure Security & Privacy for your Brand. Any information and discussion regarding strategy for your website is maintained between you and your Content Strategist.
Due to the nature of the platform being open to anyone who wants to use Content Engine, we simply cannot put in place any Non Disclosures as many Conflict of Interests would likely arise. If there is something proprietary you wish to keep secret, it's better to not disclose it.
All of our Content is processed through Copyscape prior to delivery, which makes sure that the content you receive is original and uniquely yours.
Once you accept delivery of your content, it's added to our Completion database, so if an article that is generated is too similar to yours, it's discarded to make sure all Content we provide is always original.
After a content piece is created, and accepted the ownership and copyright is transferred to you, and thus we cannot provide the same content piece to a competitor.
We do not believe in recycling content because it would be a violation of your Trust in our Service. Content Engine has created over 50,000 original articles prior to Pilot, many of which were within similar topics. There isn't a need for us to do such a thing. All Content that is provided to you is yours, and once it's completed, it's entirely yours as to how you use it. Internally, it gets stored in a secure database to check against previously generated Content, and accessible only by your account.
By default - our integrations are scoped to create pages on your website and additional analytics on those pages. We cannot modify existing web pages, nor delete existing web pages. After you create your account and select your website integration, you will be prompted to install our integration with your website. You will be provided a single-use access key to authenticate your website. Afterwards, the key is no longer valid and you would need to generate a new key. When content is passed to your website for posting, it is encrypted and authenticated on both ends to ensure that nothing sneaky is going on during the process.
By default - no. Our service is meant to be used without having to provide us any credentials or access to your website. We will not ask for access to your website unless there is an explicit request from you or during our process of setting up a new website blog for you.
Content Engine Services
Content Engine is built on years of research and development to develop our content generation model and is custom trained on billions of articles and websites to understand how to write about a vast spectrum of topics. We are continuing to improve our model every day and continue to improve the accuracy of the content produced. Content Engine focuses specifically on Natural Language to study the human language, how we write and converse, and uses that to generate content.
We are currently working on a solution for dynamic Translation. However, translation is very difficult in the human language, as usage of words in many cultures and languages are very nuanced. We want to ensure that when we provide Translation as a Service, it is accurate with all of these various factors accounted for.
While we would like to have a concrete answer for this, many factors outside of Content Creation come into play when it comes to Organic Traffic. However, Original Content Creation is certainly in the top factors in ranking, but other factors such as On-Page Optimization, Keyword Selection, Sitemaps, Schemas, Backlinks, etc. all play their role in ranking. We've pushed Content Engine to produce over 10,000 articles in 36 hours before our own servers were overloaded. There's a good likelihood you won't need 10,000 articles in 36 hours, but if you do - please feel free to contact us.
Absolutely. We have a program in place for Agencies or other Parties who would like to use Content Engine under their own brand. There is a minimum content per month requirement to be eligible for this and we do have the right to refuse for certain industries.
We do not have an explicit list of topics or industries that are restricted as of right now. However going forward there will likely be as our team determines topics and verticals we do not want to serve.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide our service at our own sole discretion and at any time. In the case we determine we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund you based on your Balance of Credits along with the Credits used to place the cancelled order. These Credits will be refunded at a pro-rata rate based on the Price Per Credit of your subscription.
As a general rule of thumb for guidance, we've put together a short list to help you determine whether your content is appropriate:
- No Scams or Misleading Users
- Nothing Illegal or Illicit
- Nothing Targeting Children or Minors that results in Monetary or Financial Gain
- Nothing related to Multi-Level Marketing
- Nothing related to the Defamation of Others, whether it be an individual or an entity
- tl;dr - if you wouldn't show it to your family to read, it's probably not suitable.
Payments
Payments are made based on the Subscription plan you select, and your account is issued Credits to be used for Articles. You can use these Credits right away, or used over time. Your subscription renews every 4 week based on the time you sign up. You won't lose your unused Credits. Payment Processing is handled by Stripe.
Refunds will not be issued for any Orders that have been Completed and Accepted or if the Grace Period for Approval has expired, which triggers auto-completion. We will refund you based on your Balance of Credits. These Credits will be refunded at a pro-rata rate based on the Price Per Credit of your subscription. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of being received which may be delayed by banks or Holidays. The funds will be reversed into the same account that was used to make the payment.
You absolutely can - we offer you the ability to purchase one-off articles at a rate of $25 per Article. But why not just Request a Free Content Sample instead?
Definitely - we do not restrict your usage of Credits on a single website/topic.
You can view your Credit balance within your Account
You will receive an email after every subscription and order containing the details of the order. We do not provide paper invoices because we wish to save the planet. You can also view your order history within your Account at any time.
