However, you can change your balance if you’re dealing with shoulder and arm pain. If it’s hurting so much you’ve given up on all deep tissue massage, you can then learn to get your shoulder and arm pain back by working on specific poses. It’s a stretch, yet it’s this pose that works. What are some techniques you’re using to get your shoulder and arm pain at work back to where it’s supposed to be? Do light exercise like shimmying in place on the floor, or stand up and stretch out your ankle. With any deep tissue massage or stretch, consider doing 10 to 15 minutes.
