How to Innovate, Simplify & Manage Your Social Media Campaigns with Social Media Automation

It has been said that following the black sheep will not save you. The better approach is to be aligned with the ones with common values, who trust in you.
That’s what matters the most in customer life.
When businesses and individuals act more together and focus on the values that hold them together, and step back from the struggles and tensions that would otherwise destroy them, all other things fall into place. This is what we call the Positive Practice.
(Simply put, it is the practice that takes away, one way or another, that negativity in one area.)
On the other hand, putting all of our effort and resources into alleviating that negativity and work towards the end goal of one amazing asset that is under our control, is what supports us on the journey towards our ‘Trait’.
All of the other activities that support this ‘Trait’ have a very small correlation to it, and are not necessarily required, but are always welcome and beneficial to every aspect of our life.
Let’s now look at what it means to employ a Social Media Automation programme to support our ‘Trait’.
The Benefit of Integrating Social Media Automation in You + Your Team
The Benefits of Automating Your Social Media Time
Integrating Social Media Automation in your life allows you to adopt a programme of thought-support that prioritizes time management and organizational focus, so that you can get more done in the greater sense.
1. All Marketing Tasks and Activities
Since getting effective marketing strategies is all about systems, the solution that you choose to implement will have an impact on all your marketing activities.
2. Shortening Usages and Reduce Fumbles
Effective marketing is about multi-channelling, shortening user timesites and reducing fumbles from your people. Social Media Automation is a technology that allows you to automate and fine-tune any marketing activities that you use, so that you get a result.
3. Managing Constant Routine Messaging & Responsibility
Regular marketing messages need to be sent out. Sometimes, they need to be sent out a lot. When that happens, there is a tradeoff between a steady dose of messages that must be sent out every day, and tasks that your team should not have to carry out. The shortening of your messages helps you manage these two issues.
The Benefit of the Benefit of Automating Your Marketing Activity
Since being able to reduce Fumbles, Time out and Content Messaging, saves time for you.
Tips on how to Implement Social Media Automation for Your Success
We just had a meeting with a client of ours and they have started with the following steps to integrate social media automation into their campaigns:
1. Interviewer ~ Social Media Automation Review
2. Interviewed ~ What Do you need from Social Media Automation?
3. Interviewed ~ What are the basics?
4. Interviewed ~ This is your ‘Trait?’
5. Interviewed ~ What is the core capability of your social media program?
6. Interviewed ~ How can we automate your activity?
7. Interviewed ~ What is the implementation process like?
8. Interviewed ~ How long does it take for you to implement?
9. Interviewed ~ How do you stay up to date with changes/content?
10. Interviewed ~ What is your ideal social media automation solution?
To go straight to the start, let’s start with the basic process. What do you need from Social Media Automation?
1. Check out statistics, analyzes your campaigns, targets and decides on the most suitable metrics for your campaign, based on your goals, audience’s behaviour, and targeting segments that apply to you.
2. Take the relevant actions for your campaigns and consider the regular updates that your team needs.
(You can ask your team questions as follows: “What changes are there to take if this is a long term campaign or maybe this is a short term campaign or maybe this is for up & coming marketing campaigns”.)
After this basic step, we try to mix and match the easiest manual part of your program with the automated part.
For example, one the simplest types of campaigns or activities that you can automate, are Adwords/Google/Facebook Ads with SEM, and campaign remarketing.
Take time to think through your various options, to select one that is best for you.
You can even try using your CRM tools or apply themes from social media apps and start with that first, or if it is the opposite, start from scratch.
